Dr. Ken Chow is an Information Security Project Expert and California Licensed Private Investigator (PI 27451), with extensive experience in the areas of security processes, high-tech crime investigation, computer forensic procedures, electronic discovery best practice, and open-source intelligence (OSINT).

Dr. Chow had performed the role of expert witness consultant for many high profile cases, such as TJX, IRS, internal investigation for local government agencies, as well as intellectual property litigations.

Dr. Chow holds Ph.D. in Organization & Management, Master of Criminal Justice and Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Master of Art in Intelligence Studies with specialization in Information Warfare, as well as a MBA.

Dr. Chow is also certified by California Department of Justice as a Certified Crime and Intelligence Analyst. He has the following certifications as well: EnCE, CISSP, CISA, PMP, Certified Ethical Hacker, plus over 20 technology vendors certifications.
